Watching couples therapy last night I was really
disappointed by the fact that Ghost couldn’t deal with Kelsey being a stripper
in the past. This is exactly why I’m single. Men are so caught up in their
pride. He’s thinking about how he looks to other dudes. What other dudes saying
about him behind his back. He's been with this girl for some time now and never
heard anything about her past from anyone. She should have told him but it's
not like he heard it from someone in the street. Ghost is a punk. He’s not
concerned for her or what she could have gone through. Her reasons why she
started dancing. It was all about him and what people will say about him having
her on his arm. I never danced or stripped but I do have a past. All strippers
don’t prostitute. She said she didn’t do it for long. She came out of it and
bettered her life. We all have our dark moments. How you come out of it
determines who you really are. You can let it make you or break you. Coming
from a small town I’m going to cross paths with guys I dealt with. I don’t
think I’m that much different from a dancer. If the dude I’m dating can’t
handle the fact that a another dude knows my body or my sex game the same way
he does it just tells me he’s not strong enough to be my man. He can walk. He don’t
care for me, he don’t have my back. It’s that double standard, its okay if I
have to stand in a room full of chicks who’ve had my man. Oh, he thinks he’s
the man then. It’s all good. Not for one second will a guy think about how
uncomfortable his girl could be feeling. Men are so selfish. It’s always all
about them. It’s always about how they look. For me love is love and not one
person can make me choose pride over love. I’ve been a fool for a man before. I
refuse to be a fool again. Loyalty and reciprocity are a must, if I ever travel
down that road again. Guys make women look stupid all the time. We know it but
our love rules over us and we stay. We stay because we think these dudes love
us; they even fight to keep us. If he loves you he would protect you. He ain
worried what a dude in the street say about his girl past. If he knows she ain
about that life no more; it’s irrelevant to what they’ve established. If a dude
ever stepped to my man about my past my man better be checking dude for
disrespecting the both of us. Only a clown would come to a dude about his girl
past anyway. If it’s his boy then my man needs to question the loyalty of their
friendship. As long as your girl is good to you, faithful, makes you happy why
would what she did before you determine your future with her. A lot of women
make bad choices when dealing with men. Men are so dirty, most of them trick
women into believing they care just so they can conquer them and drag them. Men
have ruined a lot of good girls but they refuse to take the responsibility. Any
woman can be a “virtuous woman” as long as she wants it and got the right MAN
holding her down. Ghost didn’t even console Kelsey when she was talking about
dude beating her. He must be there for the money because he showed no
compassion for her, like they aren’t even a couple. If he can walk away from
her “just like that” he never cared anything for her. He’s wack. When she
talked about him with other woman he said “that’s what I do”. Being a rapper
doesn’t justify you cheating. Nothing in this world makes it okay to cheat.
It’s not a line item in the marriage/relationship rules. I don’t want my man to
be a sucker but he damn sure ain gone be no punk. The #1 rule in
relationships is to keep people out of it. Their thoughts, their gossip, their
opinions, suggestions, ideas, everything. Jay and Bey got where they are by
keeping people out their relationship. Look how that’s worked for them. Shhh!
